· New kitchen. We discussed options of either obtaining 2nd hand units and fitting ourselves, versus funding routes. It was decided to keep both options open.

Dressing Room
Mike has repainted walls and sourced kitchen cabinets (£100). Mike was thanked for his efforts.
Actions- Carpet and worktops to be sourced by Mike. Also advertise old carver chairs on Marketplace A.O.B.
· Issue with Gents toilet Action Roy to check
· Outside light fixed- overseen by Roy.
· Country nights are on average every fortnight (25 per year), but schedule is flexible due to artist’s availability.
· Radiators. Action Roy to liaise with plumber for thermostats, as connections are likely to be old style. Also to investigate an alternative. Ie if it is viable to install a return pipe, so bar can be isolated from hall, instead of thermostats.
Wifi- Action Roy to put up a wifi sign. Mike to investigate guest wifi
· Cars on carpark. Roy raised issue of cars parked long term on car park. Action Des to put request for them to be moved via Facebook page and website
· Coffee morning. This was raised again and we agreed we did want them, but we do not want to clash with Church coffee mornings. Action Mike to speak to vicar about their dates.
