Roy and committee thanked Syd for his detailed accounting.
Also Roy and the committee to express their thanks to Hazel, for an Independent Examination of the Accounts once again.
The bar card reader is now being used regularly and money to bank account for the next working day.
Syd showed a detailed report for bar and dance profitability for the past financial year, private parties being most profitable but with only 2 such events, Social nights also showed good results over 8 events, although they have been less frequent of late.
The country events were a big success over the year, some more than others obviously; a suggestion was made that slightly less events could overall be more profitable, as the hall would then have more availability for alternative events. Roy reported that there are 28 dances booked for the coming year.
